In case of a real defect the buyer is entitled alternatively without charge<\/p>\n

(a) repair of the product; or<\/p>\n

b) its replacement or<\/p>\n

(c) a reduction in price commensurate with the defect; or<\/p>\n

d) withdrawal from the sale.<\/p>\n

The consumer has the right to demand the correction or replacement of the product free of charge if:<\/p>\n

The order is executed incorrectly, ie an item other than that of the order is delivered or the wrong quantity or defective product.
\nThe consumer should contact the store within 24 hours of receiving the product at 2510-232873 or email info@e-xristianos.gr<\/a>, in order to point out the problem and approve his return. In case of communication via Email, the subject of the e-mail should be “request for return or replacement” as well as the order number.
\niii. If it is a product that does not correspond to the order, it has not been used and is in its packaging in the condition in which it was received.<\/p>\n

In any case, the product must be returned with all the original accompanying documents (purchase receipt, warranty, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.
\nReturns are made with the postal company that will indicate the store to customers and at the expense of the store. In case of choosing a different way of return (eg different transport company), the return is made at the expense of the customer.<\/p>\n

2. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

The consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the goods to their original state, without incurring any costs other than those specified herein. This deadline starts from the receipt of the products.<\/p>\n

The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer is possible if:<\/p>\n

The product has not been used, no parts have been removed from the product and no modifications have been made to it.
\nThe product labels have not been removed or damaged in any way.<\/p>\n

iii. All product documentation, such as warranty, instructions for use, and proof of purchase are returned.<\/p>\n

The product is shipped in the package in which it was received.
